If you can't log in to your account, try the following.

  1. Enter your email address into the login window.
  1. If you forgot your password, select “Find Password” under [Sign in].

    1. Press “Sign in” and then select “Find password.”

    2. Enter your email address to receive the verification code.

    3. Enter the verification code sent by Acloset.

    4. Enter new password.

    5. Sign in with the new password.

  2. If you still cannot log in, please contact the Acloset service team([email protected]) using the email registered with Acloset, explaining the problem and attaching a screenshot of the error.
